Grand View Health System makes quality home health care possible with two of its affiliates—Caring Home Health and Caring Caregivers. The operative word is “caring.”
Caring Home Health
Grand View’s Caring Home Health
is Medicare-certified and provides a range of home health care
services, including disease management, education, surgical dressing changes,
intravenous antibiotics, chemotherapy, injections, physical and occupational
therapy, and medication management. Experienced registered nurses, home
care aides, and therapists make up the team that designs a plan
of care to suit each individual patient’s needs. Wisconsin Medicaid personal care services are contracted through Caring Caregivers
Utilizing the latest in technology, Caring Home Health can offer patients added security with their Telehealth Program. A simple-to-use monitoring system is installed in a patient’s home and connected to the telephone line. The unit enables face-to-face contact between patient and nurse by collecting the patient’s vital signs and transmitting them to Caring Home Health for review.
Anyone can make a direct referral—the patient, family, social workers, hospitals, or doctors. Our professional staff will discuss with you your needs and how we can help. Caring Caregivers
Grand View’s Caring Caregivers provides private
duty assistance to patients for many of life’s personal care needs
.
Our services include:
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Bathing and dressing assistance
- Companionship
- Respite care
- Chore services or snow removal
Services can be provided on a long- or short-term basis, and schedules are flexible to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Caring Caregivers services are paid for privately, through private insurance. All clients have the right to receive service without regard to race, creed, color, sex, age, or handicap.
