Physical and Occupational Therapy

The Grand View Health System physical and occupational therapy department staff are devoted to providing quality inpatient and outpatient care. Conditions treated by our therapists include:

• Muscle and sports injuries
• Nerve impairment
• Orthopedic, preoperative and arthritic conditions
• Cardiovascular conditions

Our staff also provides home health care, school posture screenings, prenatal classes, industrial assessments, work site analysis, back and neck care clinics, work capacity tests, sports medicine education, nerve conduction velocity tests, and electromyograms (EMGs).

Our occupational therapists work with children and adults, helping improve skills, such as eye-hand coordination and self care, and to advance developmental skills. They can also provide assessment of cognitive functions and living and work environments.
